Measuring Progress

Ohio College Tech Prep assessments strategies are aligned with federal No Child Left Behind legislation and performance benchmarks established by the Ohio College Tech Prep Advisory Council including:

Consortium quality is measured by an innovative self assessment process.  Stakeholders and staff collaborate to determine consortium strengths and weaknesses based on standards defined in a DACUM for consortium operations.  The assessment is used for long-range planning and resource allocation.

Consortia also capitalize on local resources to study critical issues related to program efficiency and student achievement.  Research is shared to improve program quality.
